Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations: You may cancel your monthly/annual subscription at any time from your account settings. Once canceled, your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
- Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our proprietary algorithms and data access, all sales are final. We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
- Exceptions: Refunds will only be processed in the event of duplicate billing errors verified by our payment gateway. Report such issues to puspendu.biswas82@gmail.com within 7 days.
